Our leadership team includes professionals from education, technology, social entrepreneurship, and advocacy who have come together with one common goal: to uplift underprivileged youth and persons with disabilities (PwDs) through meaningful interventions in education, employment, and empowerment.

Kalyani Vippagunta,
Founder & Director
Inspiring Leadership Rooted in Resilience
Kalyani Vippagunta is the visionary Founder & Director of SIRA Prosperity Foundation. A spirited and determined individual, she embodies the belief that "ABILITY" far outweighs "DISABILITY." As a proud dwarf and PERSON with DETERMINATION (PwD), Kalyani is known for her infectious smile, unwavering optimism, and her motto: “Share and Care, Spread Happiness, and lead a simple yet impactful life.”
With over 20 years of corporate experience as an HR Consultant, she brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in diversity and inclusion, corporate training, and social advocacy. She is a Certified Diversity Professional, a POSH Act trainer, a mental health facilitator, and a soft skills trainer—passionately coaching aspiring job seekers, NGO candidates, and professionals across industries.
Kalyani is also a certified Dubbing and Voice-over Artist from FTII, Pune, lending her voice to impactful media projects that celebrate inclusion.

With over 21 years of global experience in IT sales, pre-sales, and digital marketing, Srikkanth V is a dynamic business leader known for driving customer-centric growth and fostering innovation. His career spans North America, EMEA, and India, where he has led transformative digital initiatives across government and industrial sectors.
Technically adept and business-oriented, Srikkanth combines deep expertise with a consultative approach to solve complex challenges. He’s widely recognized for his ability to articulate concepts clearly, manage high-impact projects with ease, and lead diverse teams with empathy and energy. His strengths include B2B software solutions, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Srikkanth is a high-energy, ethical leader who embodies persistence, integrity, and a deep passion for learning. He’s often described as a “living encyclopaedia” and a “mobile knowledge repository” for his exceptional mental acuity and versatility—whether it’s speaking about safety protocols, delivering sales pitches, or connecting deeply with people across organizational hierarchies.
